Trying to improve your health on your own can often lead to frustration, setbacks, and slipping back into old habits. That’s where wellness coaching makes all the difference. Instead of handing you a protocol and wishing you luck, we work alongside you, step by step, to help you implement meaningful, lasting change.
You’ll gain not only a clear roadmap, but also ongoing support, education, and accountability to keep you focused and moving toward your goals.
We’re all about helping you understand your body and make choices that support real, lasting wellness. Instead of just managing symptoms, we teach you how to take care of yourself in a way that supports your body’s natural ability to heal—no quick fixes, just real change.
We don’t just go symptom by symptom or hunt for one root cause. Our goal is to find the areas where your body needs the most support and work from there. It’s a big-picture approach that looks for what’s working and what’s missing, so we can help you move forward.
We begin with functional lab testing to gain a detailed, accurate snapshot of your current state of health. Then create a personalized roadmap for you based on facts, not assumptions, so you’re not wasting time on what might not work for you.
You’re not getting a generic plan pulled from a template. Everything we recommend is based on your test results, your story, and your goals. You get actionable steps and personalized support that meets you where you are and helps you get where you want to go.
We take a personalized and collaborative approach to wellness. Our programs are designed to guide you step-by-step, using functional lab testing and holistic coaching to help you feel better, naturally.
After a thorough intake session, where we discuss your health history and complains, we’ll send functional lab kits directly to your home. These may include stool, urine, or saliva samples — all collected by you in the privacy of your own space. If a blood draw is needed, we’ll provide instructions to help you locate a nearby lab
Once your results are in, we’ll create a custom 90-day wellness plan tailored specifically to your lab findings. Your plan will include lifestyle and nutrition strategies, and natural, drug-free protocols that support your body’s ability to heal and rebalance.
We’ll meet every other week (for a total of six sessions over 90 days) via a secure telehealth portal. During these virtual coaching sessions, we’ll walk through your protocol together, track your progress, and make real-time adjustments based on how your body responds.
You’ll also get access to a coaching app that keeps us connected between sessions. Through this app, we can exchange in-app text messages, share documents, and provide helpful guides and resources to support your journey every step of the way.

Functional nutrition is a personalized approach to eating that recognizes there’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to food. Just because something is considered “healthy” doesn’t mean it’s right for your body. We use functional lab testing, including metabolic typing, food sensitivity analysis, and gut health assessments, to identify what truly nourishes you and what may currently be working against you. The result is a customized nutrition plan tailored to your unique biology, designed to support healing, balance, and long-term vitality.
Our programs run for a minimum of 3 months from the time your lab results are received. Depending on the complexity of your lab findings, some clients may benefit from continuing for an additional 3 months to see improvements and long-term results.
The program is based on test results gathered from functional labs completed within a short time frame to provide the most accurate snapshot of your current state of health. This enables us to create targeted healing protocols that address your present imbalances. Pausing the program may result in outdated test data, making it less actionable. If you need to pause the program for more than 30 days, you will be asked to retest, so we can base your protocols on up-to-date results.
Wellness coaching is an opt-in, self-care model — not a quick fix. The goal is to assess, educate, and equip each client with the tools, guidance, and motivation needed to succeed. But real progress depends on commitment and consistency. Small, daily actions add up to meaningful, lasting change.
Because every client is in control of their own choices and follow-through, results cannot be guaranteed. Success ultimately comes from the client’s willingness to stay engaged and take responsibility for their health journey.
