Every client plan is built using data from functional lab testing, which helps us uncover hidden stressors and imbalances. Rather than chasing symptoms, we address the underlying contributors to dysfunction and support healing through personalized, sustainable changes across each wellness pillar, so you can finally end the cycle of trial and error and begin making progress with confidence.

DIET

Nourishing the body with what it truly needs.

We take a functional nutrition approach that recognizes there’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to food. Just because a food is generally considered “healthy” doesn’t mean it’s right for YOUR body. 


We use functional lab results to help identify inflammatory triggers, digestive weaknesses, and nutrient deficiencies. These may include metabolic typing, food sensitivity testing, and gut health assessments. This information allows us to pinpoint which foods best support your current needs and which may be contributing to dysfunction. The result is a personalized nutrition plan that promotes healing, improves digestion, and supports long-term balance and vitality.


Rather than relying on fads or strict rules, we guide you toward real, whole foods that nourish your body and restore function. Your individualized recommendations may include macronutrient adjustments, gut-supportive foods, and awareness of food sensitivities, all tailored to help your body repair and thrive.


REST

Rest is more than just sleep. It’s about creating the right conditions for deep recovery, cellular repair, and nervous system regulation. We explore your sleep hygiene, daily rhythms, and nighttime habits to help restore your body’s natural cycles. If your functional lab results indicate hormonal or adrenal imbalances, we may guide you through adjustments to bedtime routines, light exposure, and sleep-supportive nutrition to improve both the quantity and quality of your rest.

MOVEMENT

Moving with intention, not exhaustion.

Exercise is a powerful tool, but only when it matches your body’s current capacity. Using insights from your lab data (such as adrenal or mitochondrial markers), we help you choose the right type, intensity, and frequency of movement. Whether it’s walking, strength training, yoga, or rest-based recovery, our goal is to support strength, resilience, and circulation without triggering more stress or burnout.

STRESS REDUCTION

Addressing the stressors you can see and the ones you can’t.

Chronic stress, whether physical, emotional, chemical, or environmental, can be a major driver of dysfunction. Through coaching, education, and lab-guided strategies, we help you identify and reduce stress at its source. This may involve tools for emotional resilience (breathwork, boundaries, nervous system regulation), removing internal stressors like pathogens or toxins (based on lab findings), and building restorative habits that help your body shift out of fight-or-flight mode and into healing.

SUPPLEMENTATION

Targeted support that complements your healing journey.

Supplements are not a cure-all, but when used strategically, they can be powerful allies in your wellness journey. Based on your functional lab results, we recommend only the supplements your body truly needs to support detox pathways, hormone regulation, digestion, and more. Our goal is to correct deficiencies and relieve the burden on weakened systems, always with the intent of tapering off as your body regains balance.
