Instead of chasing isolated health issues we focus on uncovering healing opportunities that can help restore your body’s natural balance and guide you back to vibrant health.
This salivary hormone test evaluates circadian rhythm, Cortisol, DHEA, and sex hormone imbalances, which provides a snapshot of overall vital reserve and the immune system function.
A dry urine test that assesses for maldigestion, dysbiosis, oxidative stress, poor detoxification and hepatic circulation to directly measure liver congestion.
This dried blood spot test screens for leaky gut and mucosal barrier function, as it is essential for protecting the body from the toxic outside world and nutrient absorption.
Provides insights about parasites, bacteria and yeast overgrowth as well as intestinal health markers to evaluate immune function and inflammation. Gut function is directly tied to hormone balance, brain function, mood, energy production, chronic pain, inflammation, insomnia, and so much more.

People have genetically determined and highly individualized nutrition requirements. There is no One Diet that is appropriate for everybody. This assessment helps us to figure out what kind of “fuel” is right for your body, so it thrive.
Individual test results can provide valuable insights into different body systems and their levels of dysfunction. But their impact is even greater when all the tests are conducted and interpreted together.
Using data from this group of tests, we can connect the dots by uncovering hidden stressors and patterns of dysfunction that contribute to health challenges, allowing us to address metabolic inefficiencies and restore balance and function.
Functional labs focus on uncovering hidden, connected imbalances in the body rather than just evaluating symptoms or diagnosing illness. They aim to identify root causes and reveal opportunities for healing.
Traditional lab tests have very broad “normal” ranges because they’re designed to detect serious illness in sick patients. This means you can have “normal” results on traditional labs but still feel unwell. When reviewing traditional lab results, we look at the narrower functional ranges—the values associated with optimal health and how a person feels at their best.
Lab kits are shipped directly to your home for your convenience. Depending on the test, you may need to collect samples such as stool, urine, or saliva—all done easily and privately at home. Once collected, you send your samples back to the lab using the prepaid envelope provided. If a blood test is required, you will receive instructions to schedule a blood draw at a lab location near you.
We use a functional nutrition approach to eating that recognizes there’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to food. Just because something is considered “healthy” doesn’t mean it’s right for your body. We use functional lab testing, including metabolic typing, food sensitivity analysis, and gut health assessments, to identify what truly nourishes you and what may currently be working against you. The result is a customized nutrition plan tailored to your unique biology, designed to support healing, balance, and long-term vitality.
Wellness coaching is an opt-in, self-care model — not a quick fix. The goal is to assess, educate, and equip each client with the tools, guidance, and motivation needed to succeed. But real progress depends on commitment and consistency. Small, daily actions add up to meaningful, lasting change.
Because every client is in control of their own choices and follow-through, results cannot be guaranteed. Success ultimately comes from the client’s willingness to stay engaged and take responsibility for their health journey.
